Antigue furniture repair and cleaning

I
An important part of furniture conservation is careful cleaning.  Removing the years of dirt trapped in the finish. As the shellac ages each year it becomes hard in the winder and soft in the summer when it attracts air dirt and then traps it when it hardens.  Cleaning this dirt takes a special formula to extract the dirt.
